Rated load 20t; while overload 27.7t

Event: An LH-type electric double girder overhead crane with a rated load capacity of 20t is undergoing acceptance test.

The crane test began.

After successfully passing the no-load operation, the crane statically loads the 20t steel plate hangings. After 10 minutes, the crane load moves back and forth and left and right. After strict testing by the test personnel, all aspects of the crane performed well and passed the tests smoothly.

In order to verify the performance of the crane, the customer temporarily decided to increase the weight of the load for the destructive overload test.

The steel plate was slowly added to 24t, and the crane began to lift for static load test. Engineers and workers are hiding outside the factory, and they are far away from the gate, leaving only our engineers and testers to continue testing. 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes…10 minutes, the crane successfully completed the static load test. The hoist moves left and right, the crane moves forward and backward, and the crane successfully completes the 24t dynamic load test.
