- Take two 20# I-beams with a length of 4.5 meters and connect them with two φ79*4.5 seamless steel pipes with a length of 3 meters. Pay attention to the horizontality and verticality when connecting. Two electric chain hoists are hung on the main beam of the steel structure of the workshop, and the assembled electric Chain Hoist is used to lift the above assembled steel structure to the side of the main beam, and fix them firmly with bolts. Assemble and install the remaining 4 identical steel structures to the main beam.
- Lay 4 sleepers on the ground with the same height, and then put two I-beams with a length of 8 meters on the top to assemble them. When assembling, pay attention to the flatness of the interface, and then weld them. Use the same method to team up the remaining two I-beams.
- Then adjust the position of the electric hoist, use the electric hoist to lift the two I-beams that have been aligned to the steel structure just hanged, and use the pressure plate and bolts to fix it firmly.
- Check all bolted joints and tighten them again to ensure their pre-tightening force.
- Install the upper suspension on the rail-bearing beam and the suspension clip on the track, and place the two ball-strand long nuts in the ball sockets of the upper suspension and the suspension clip respectively. All connecting bolts must be tightened to the specified torque.
- Screw the threaded suspension rods into the two ball-stretched long nuts of the upper suspension and rail suspension clamps respectively, until the spring clamp can pass through the long hole of the ball-stranded long nut and the lateral hole of the threaded suspension rod, according to the specified torque. Tighten the bolts on the suspension clamps to suspend the light rail.
