Speed
When used to tow items horizontally, you can choose a fast speed winch (JK type), or a slow speed winch (JM type). When the towing distance is very long, JK winch can be selected first.
When used to lift items vertically, the winch is used as a crane. It is recommended to choose the JM type, which is a consideration from a safety perspective.
Traction selection
Choose according to the traction directly proposed by the customer
According to the weight of the items provided by the customer and the arrangement of wire ropes and pulleys. For example, when moving pulleys are used, half the force is saved, and a winch with lower traction can be selected.
Rope number selection
The most commonly used winch is a single tube single rope.
According to the requirements of the working conditions, we can also choose single tube and multi-rope.

Hand-controlled fast Speed winch (2 tons -10 tons)
It is mainly used for vertical lifting of heavy objects in construction sites, factories and mines, ports and other projects, especially suitable for free-fall punching and piling operations in bridges, wharves, and building foundation projects.
JMM friction winch (above 10 tons)
It is mainly used for long-distance traction of various large-scale steel structures, steel cables, and steel cables. It is characterized by constant steel rope speed and stable lifting.
The use of a winch as the lifting equipments, which has its limitations, mainly in terms of safe work. It is not equipped with limit devices and overload devices, and its overall structure is simple, so the price is lower than that of the crane, and for some lifting heights beyond general use For cranes that are standard, such as mine hoisting, the winch can be carefully selected according to the user’s working conditions. When the lifting height is not high, the winch has no obvious advantages compared with the QD trolley.
