This new customer is from the Philippines, and they got our contact information from an old customer who bought many cranes in our factory. This Philippine customer told us that these existing workshops need a new crane, but there is little space to install the crane. So our engineers have to design a special crane for them. Because the customer wants to lift the mould, the lifting and driving speeds require double speeds. We provide them with professional technical support and design a suitable crane, and then they place an order with us.
Production takes nearly a month, and then we book a 40-foot open-top container to deliver the crane to the customer’s workshop.
The length of the main beam exceeds the container length, so it must be cut into three sections, but we will use high-strength bolts to connect the two sections of the beam.
Then, more than ten days later, the ship arrived at the customer’s destination port. Our engineers helped the customer install a 20 ton overhead crane through online guidance.
