The 6 sets of gantry crane manufactured by Shenghua Group for China Communications Construction Deshang Highway Project has been put into use

Recently, 6 sets of Gantry Crane has been finished installation and commission and put into use, among which, there’re 2 sets of 10T-22m Gantry Crane with Box-beam and Truss- type leg, 2 sets of 60T/10T-28m and 2 sets of 40/10T-22m Beam-Lifting Gantry crane.

Operation Procedure for Beam-lifting Gantry Crane
Before starting to operate the crane, the alarm must be sounded and there should be continuous siren alarm when the crane is going near the person during the operation.
The operator must follow the commanding signal to work, and should take actions immediately if seeing the signal of emergency brake, to avoid accidents.
When the gantry crane finishes work, the operator should fully check the brake, wire rope, hook and safe devices, etc. Any abnormity found must be solved before operation.
The main power supply should be switched off only when there’s no person around the gantry crane, when the power circuit device is locked or with labels, the main power supply must be switched off after the operator get rid of the lock or labels.
When the gantry crane is working, if the power is suddenly off, all the controller lever must be returned to “zero”. Check if the equipment works normally while restarting.
The Beam-lifting Gantry Crane should be maintained regularly after it finishes work, to make sure it has a good performance.
