October 8th, we received the inquiry from our old customer in Singapore.
This customer is also in the crane industry, so the inquiry is firm and communication is quick.
Based on the DRS250 wheel block model customer provided, we prepared our quotation. After a very short discussion, 4 days later, our customer sent us the purchase order.
Since the customer is in urgent demand of the product, the same day we received the PO, we sent customer the final confirmation drawing of the DRS wheel block.
After we received customer’s confirmation, the production start, now the goods have already been delivered to Shanghai port and the estimated sailing time is Nov. 22nd.
And another good news to share, if you are in urgent demand of the DRS wheel blocks, the production of the standard type can be finished within 14 working days.
