3 Ton jib crane&Portable Jib Crane Overview
Jib cranes are versatile lifting equipment that can be used for various applications in different industries. They consist of a horizontal beam, called a jib, that supports a hoist and a trolley. The jib can be fixed to a wall or a floor-mounted pillar, and it can rotate to cover a circular or semi-circular area. Jib cranes can be customized to suit different needs, such as capacity, span, height, speed, and control mode.
One of the types of jib cranes we offer is the portable jib crane, which is mounted on a movable base that can be towed by a vehicle or pushed by hand. Portable jib cranes are ideal for temporary or occasional lifting tasks, as they can be easily moved from one location to another. They are also suitable for outdoor use, as they can withstand harsh weather conditions.

Jib Crane Maintenance
- Inspect the cranes regularly for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Check the hoist, trolley, jib, base, and other components for any cracks, deformation, corrosion, or loose parts. Replace or repair any faulty parts as soon as possible.
- Lubricate the cranes periodically to reduce friction and noise. Apply grease or oil to the bearings, chains, gears, and other moving parts. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the type and amount of lubricant to use.
- Clean the cranes frequently to remove any dust, dirt, or debris. Use a soft cloth or brush to wipe the surface of the cranes. Avoid using abrasive or corrosive cleaners that might damage the paint or metal.
- Store the cranes properly when not in use. Keep the cranes in a dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Fold the portable jib crane and secure it with straps or locks to prevent accidental movement.
