On December 10, 2019, my colleague Julia received an email from Glenda, requesting an update on the price of the 20t electric hoist quoted on April 15, 2018. Yes, as early as 2018, we provided customers with a quotation for 20t electric hoist, but the customer had not purchased it. One year passed, the electric hoist price was always changing. The customer’s ongoing project needs this 20t electric hoist, so he asked to update the price.

Update the electric hoist price
Two hours later, Julia updated the quotation to the client. After Christmas, the customer feedbacked the electric hoist price was OK and asked when the delivery can be made. “We need the items end of January 2020.” Glenda said. However, we have a Chinese New Year holiday in January and the factory cannot produce normally. Glenda is very nice and understand our situation very well. We also made a guarantee to accelerate the production of the hoist within 8 days, and strive to deliver the electric hoist before February 5. The customer confirmed the PI and payment method, and immediately arranged the payment.
We completed the hoist production before February 5, and contacted the customer for delivery. However, due to the global outbreak of the COVID-19, Philippines had imposed a nationwide lockdown, and we cannot contact with Glenda. Delivery was temporarily suspended. Fortunately, in March, we finally contacted the him and deliver the 20 tons electric hoist.
