European double-beam cranes are very popular lifting equipment in the industry, mainly composed of double main beams, end beams, winches, electrical parts, etc. Compared with traditional single-beam cranes, European cranes have the most reasonable structure in terms of steel structure, lifting mechanism, accessories, etc., and a large number of high-strength materials are used to reduce their total weight and improve the carrying capacity of the whole machine. When assembling parts, pay attention to chamfering, removing burrs and flash. When installing the locating pin, do not use iron tools to drive it in. When it is fully matched, it should be pushed in by hand about three-quarters of the length, and then gently tapped in.
To ensure the quality of assembly, the assembly clearance, interference, flexibility, meshing mark and other requirements should be adjusted, proofread and technically inspected during assembly.
The assembler must understand the purpose, structure and working principle of the assembly machinery, learn and be familiar with the functions of each component and their interconnection methods, and be familiar with the assembly process and technical requirements.
The friction surface of the moving parts should be coated with appropriate lubricating oil. The refuelling tool must be clean, dustproof and covered.
Count and collect all required parts, and prepare construction materials, tools and equipment, including lifting facilities.
All parts should be further cleaned and technically inspected to avoid rework after assembling unqualified parts. In particular, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and other channels should be cleaned more thoroughly.
All mating parts and non-interchangeable parts should be assembled in pairs or sets according to the marks made during disassembly, repair or manufacturing. Random assembly is not allowed. Important rotating parts should be tested according to regulations and can only be assembled after passing the test.
Seals cannot be installed upside down. To ensure sealing, it is allowed to apply engine oil, sealant, etc. when installing various gaskets.
